4 month old really going off cot

Help. DD is 17 weeks and is rapidly going off cot.

She’s always thrashed in the cot and struggled to settle in comparison to the buggy.

We started fully swaddling her at week 14 and got two blissful weeks of 10 hours’ sleep 7-5. Ace. She was less “teethingy” and fractious on put down too.

Then HV told us it’s a SIDS risk at this stage so back to grobags.

Now waking at 0130 and 0400 in a fury and chomping fists.

Anyone had this and can anyone shed light on basically how they got baby to like the cot more?

Is this not just a sleep regression? There's a classic one at 4 months.

I know, but I firmly believe that if she was placed in the buggy at 7pm she’d go through to 5am no probs.

Is the buggy safe for overnight sleeping? I would just use it if it is.
