Parents of larger families - new baby gift?

My friend has just had DC5 and I am deciding on a gift to send. Please can I ask parents of 4+ DC what might go down best? I thought about a little outfit as although baby will have masses of hand-me-downs I thought it might be nice still to have something new. I’d be very grateful for any advice or experiences.

Something personalised for them. I have five children and whilst new outfits were lovely, we’re often drowning in clothes (and blankets).
Keepsake teddies are pretty good, I’ve given some of these as gifts
