Advice please? Bothersome mole (pic attached)

I’m a bit worried about a mole which has changed somewhat over the past few months. It’s become very dark and has a darker colour within it. It’s also been itching and although I’ve tried not to scratch it I think I may have done overnight as it now has a scab on.
I’m going to book a GP appointment, but has anyone had anything similar?

Looks like one they might remove and test. Removal is a good thing. Be proactive and there’s nothing to worry about.

It's not huge and the edges are clearly defined but the fact it's changed and is 2 tone would definitely have me at the GP for a check up.

Rest assured, the last dodgy looking like I had checked turned out to be a big blackhead which the doctor delighted in squeezing

Yup, defo go to the docs. It’s probably nothing but better safe than sorry.
