TTC, missed period bit BFN

Has anyone else had this!?

Reasonably regular cycle wise, first month TTC for baby number 2. While I wasn't expecting it to necessarily happen straight away, I'm now 5 days late but still negative on pregnancy tests.

What does this mean!? Is it just a cruel trick!?

Would love to hear if anyone else has experienced this.

You may have ovulated later than usual. Keep testing every 2-3 days until you either get your BFP or your period starts. I didn't get a BFP until I was 4 days late with my first pregnancy. It's pretty common.
