Please help - medical records

If anyone has any advice I'd be so so grateful. I know I'm panicking and I need to calm down. Long back story, complicated. I've posted about some of it before. Basically things have been really awful with my GP practice. I made a formal complaint. It wasn't acknowledged, instead I was sent a warning letter accusing me of various things. I can prove it's not true. But I need medical help in the meantime. They've put the warning letter on my online record (local patient record) under "consultation". I feel unable to access help with that on my notes. Any advice? I don't know the best and quickest way to deal with this. Ive been told by an advice service it shouldn't be on my record as a consultation. The person responsible has actually been reported by other patients (unrelated to my issues). Please believe me. It really is lies their letter and I have proof. The person responsible has been reported by other patients (unrelated to my issues).

Please don't. It's only there for them to squash your complaint. Is there any way you can change practice?

Thanks for replying. I've learnt my lesson. I'm never making a complaint ever again. I don't feel able to change practice with that on my patient record. They've recorded it as a consultation. I can't even go to the hospital (was going to go to a walk-in). Its not life-threatening but I need treatment (chronic condition). I'm panicking, I know. So much going on. Didn't need this too.

Dont say that! Is this something pals can help with?

I know other patients who made complaints all got warning letters. It really isn't me but I know the new practice or hospital will think it's me. Is there a quick way to have it removed from my patient record, the shared one?

There's a service similar to pals but so busy. Not their fault but it's already been a month. They said I shouldn't worry about the warning but I know I'll be judged. It's hard enough getting taken seriously sometimes.

Just case anyone wanted an update. I've calmed down. Taking the plunge and changing practices! I feel so much better having made that decision. Weight off my mind! Definitely advise people to be careful about making complaints to GP practices. Get help if you have to do it and make sure you only do it if and when you're not in a vulnerable position.
