Arthauss furniture - reviews

I've been looking at bunkbeds on the Arthauss furniture website but haven't used them before and can't find much in the way of reviews. Has anyone bought furniture from them and are they any good?

I bought a Bunk Bed with Cot underneath. I was told at the time of placing my order that when my son gets a little older the Cot side can be changed into a Toddler bed side, so I placed the order thinking well this is great. Its ideal and its safe. However I was wrong. The bed itself looked great, but the slats were weak and kept snapping so I had to pay to have them all replaced on top and bottom bunk and the Mattresses that came were shoddy. They were paper thin and very uncomfortable you could feel every slat under your back. Then when my son got a little older I rang in to place an order for the side of the Cot to be changed into a Toddler bed, I payed for my order and was told to wait 4/5weeks for delivery. Then I was posted the wrong items twice which took my wait to about 2 months. By now my son could climb over the side which was a great stress for me as I didn't want him hurting himself. Then when I messaged to tell them that yet again they delivered me the wrong part they told me I can't get a Toddler bed side. It had to be changed straight into a 'normal bed'? But this is unsafe. A Cot is for an infant when that infant is the age for a toddler bed its unsafe to not have any side there at all? Its a huge fall risk! How are they able to sell unsafe furniture for young children?! This is absolutely disgusting I was also refused a refund and told the toddler bed side will not be delivered! Absolutely shocking I wouldn't recommend these to anyone!:
