Does this look familiar to anyone? Appeared about a fortnight ago on dd12's shoulder. She said it's 'stingy' but not overly itchy. Dont want to book a gp appointment if its something trivial.

I thought it was just peeling from the sun too, but she never caught the sun above t shirt arm level. Ill keep my eye on it. Its had sudocrem applied every night for about a week.
