Meal inspirations

Really need some inspiration of new things I can cook as I'm always struggling to decide what to make and end up just eating the same things. Need to be more organised with meal planning. Preferably suggestions that don't take ages to prepare and can be eaten by toddlers as well as adults. Can anyone give me any inspiration?

the change4life smart recipes app has loads of recipes that i use often. you can adapt them easily for toddlers too. we also all love tuna pasta bake which isnt featured on the app x

Our regular meals are carbonara, cottage/shepherds pie, curry and rice, garlic chicken and rice, chilli, spaghetti Bol, campfire stew, burger and chips. Kids are 6&3 and most of the time will happily eat these.

I use websites like all recipes and bbc good food. You can search by ingredients to find new inspirations. There is also an app called Yummly that does the same thing.

We're having sausage casserole tonight. The dc will just have the sausages, Dh and I will have all the veg as well, then I'll save the remaining veg to have on its own as a lunch (a bit like a ratatouille except it's smoky paprika not Italian style)

Other things this week will be fajitas, a curry, and a meatball tray bake.
