Changing from oil to gas

Moving house, we’ve always has gas. New oil boiler in kitchen of new house and oil tank takin* up valuable garden space.

Builder v keen on swapping to gas, would give space in kitchen and garden. Could move gas boiler upstairs.

Any views?

I would rather give a complete stranger my PIN number than have oil again. We ended up having a wood burner rather than use the oil.
