How much would you expect to be charged for..

A general house clean?
A weekly house clean?
An end of tenancy clean?
A clean before moving into a property? (Empty)
An oven clean?

Thanks in advance.

A house size , number of reception rooms, bathrooms & bedrooms would be useful

Worrywart21 · 14/09/2019 20:06

Well I meant per hour.

But for example 4 bed, 1 living room, 1 dining room, kitchen, 1 en-suite, 1 downstairs loo, 1 bathroom.

Do you want an hourly rate or an overall job rate? Your posts aren’t clear.

I charge £13/ hour. I don’t give quotes by the job.

I don’t do oven cleaning. That’s a different professional you need who will charge anywhere between £40 and £100 depending on the size of your oven. They will take about an hour- hour and a half. I’m certainly not doing the same for £13.

Proper end of tenancy cleans run into hundreds.

Per hour for a normal clean, at least £11

I pay a retainer of 23£ a month to an agency and my cleaner gets 18£ for a 2 hr weekly clean.
She does the oven and fridge on request - we simply agree what jobs she doesn't do that week.
Absolutely ace cleaner. Very thorough. I am so lucky!
