Late lunch/early dinner ideas for sunny September

We are having two families over later. Want to eat outside but cant be bothered sorting out BBQ. Any ideas for a nice meal? Six children 1-12, five adults. All eat most things. Having a mind blank

Lasagne/ chilli with garlic bread, nice salad, french bread etc.

Oh l love lasagne, not sure of quantities to feed this many though!
