Harvest Moon

I have been watching the harvest moon slowly move across my window while MNing ,
I wish I had a telescope , I want to be able to see it close up .

Is anyone else watching it

Yes! We’ve got such a moonlight shadow from our trees; it’s a beautifully bright moon.

It seems to have moved really fast tonight (probably because we’ve actually been watching it though...)

It's a micro moon, too. Furthest it can be from earth, so small and dim.

Yes I was in the garden an hour ago just sitting watching the sky. I am out in the countryside so no other light pollution & it was beautiful.

It's beautiful, isn't it. I'm doing a charity moonwalk tomorrow- it will be lovely with this moon!

@Honeyroar I hope your walk went well it was a lovely night ( round here ) for it .
even now at almost 2am on sunday morning it is still very bright , but hidden a bit by clouds
