Hi all

Have eaten alot more than usual lately and feeling v v bloated. Need to lose 7lbs to get to normal weight, need to lose 10lbs to absolute ideal weight of 8st.

Anyone any tips on how to lose bloat first and maintain stamina to get to goal!!

Is it only relatively recently that you have eaten more? Can you go back to your normal eating habits ?

Wildorchidz my intake is definitely linked to my cycle so I seem to have a monthly pattern. I dont take contraception

Just eat as if you were your target weight and sit on your arse less. No magic cures.
