Posting in Chat as the Tech board seems a bit quiet ...
I'm the admin for our Apple family sharing. My DH tried to download a track from Apple Music, got a message saying it was only available from the US store & did he want to switch, he selected 'yes' but now can't switch back to the UK store.
He went into his Apple ID settings, region is still showing as UK but says only the admin (ie me) can change region settings. Which suggests it shouldn't have let him change to US store in the first place?!
He's tried doing the same thing but in reverse, gets to the message saying his account is not valid in the US store, and he must switch to UK store to purchase, the options are 'cancel' or 'ok' but nothing happens when he selects either of them.
Completely confused now, can anyone help?
