Had a shit week and an extra extra shit day today.
I just remembered that my uncle gave me an £100 amazon voucher for my birthday back in June (don’t ask!) I also have a bit of spending money saved up to add, and like all good copers, I’m going to fucking spend some money tonight on amazon. To make me feel better.

So any suggestions lol? They can be tiny bits, don’t have to be one big thing.

Lamy fountain pen with different coloured inks.

I'd get this mesh pizza screen

And this perforated pie tin to eliminate soggy pizza bases and pie crusts from my life.

Konjac noodles. That's what I last bought from Amazon. My life is so exciting!

Zampa · 13/09/2019 22:36

I'm so glad other people have anthropomorphised their robovacs @Aquamarine1029

Seriously @elsieotter, get one. Your mum knows her stuff. It'll be your new best friend.

Nottrueatall · 13/09/2019 22:40

I'd love a robo vac. What brands do people recommend?

bananasandwicheseveryday · 13/09/2019 22:42

I had an Amazon gift voucher and used it to buy a labelmaker! I've wanted one for years and have one at last. As well as about a million different tape/ribbon cartridges to use with it!

A beautiful expensive duvet or mattress topper so you are enveloped in cosiness-at the end of any more bad days.

Imnotfatimjustlazy · 13/09/2019 23:11

Shoes
Coffee maker
Some nice soft bedding
Bath stuff is always a winner
Make up
New tablet (though that might just be one big purchase)
Home decorations like pictures/ornaments
Get ready for Christmas? Buy wrapping paper and cards and baubles for the tree (maybe buy a tree!)

I'm going to stop there because I really want to shop now

MashedSpud · 13/09/2019 23:13

Yarn
A shop dummy
A small cactus
Envelopes with cute animals on
A doughnut pillow (I just made one for dd).

plantingandpotting · 13/09/2019 23:16

The ham coasters have cracked me up 😂

I'd buy any of the following:

  • Champagne
  • Nice stationery (pack of Portico thank you cards maybe)
  • A better toaster than the one we have
  • A bathrobe

Happy spending!

thatguiltyfeeling · 13/09/2019 23:31

I'm so boring I'd get some lamps, some very Christmassy pyjamas (ideally with bells somewhere), a couple new duvet cover sets and new sheets, some basic kitchen things like baking trays, some wrapping paper and some bathroom bits like soaps, bubble bath, bath bombs etc, possibly some books to read in the bath. I'm only 19 and I feel like an old woman with that list 😂

AwdBovril · 13/09/2019 23:36

If you are willing to try a new lip colour, these are the best things ever! (IMHO) There's quite a range of colours, but you can't get them in the shops, unfortunately, as they seem to have gone out of production a while ago. They don't have that horrible lipstick smell, they are vaguely vanilla scented, & quite moisturising in my experience.

Kpo58 · 13/09/2019 23:46

I'd get a Roko streaming stick

bluebell34567 · 13/09/2019 23:47

orla kiely bedding.

SunshineAngel · 13/09/2019 23:50

If it was me, I would treat myself to at least a couple of brand new hardback books. I usually get most of my books from the charity shop seeing as I can get through them in a day or so, but I do really like the occasional hardback.

That's a really boring suggestion in comparison to some others, though!

LeslieYep · 14/09/2019 03:59

@diddlesticks not a curlygirl, not even a whiff of a wave in my hair. :(

I bought the pillowcase for my mum. Supposed to be good for your skin..?
