How would you reheat this lasagna?

So I cooked it yesterday and it’s still in the Pyrex I cooked it in. I can’t afford for the top to catch anymore as it will burn as nice and crispy. If I covered it in foil, what temperature and how long do you think would warm it through for dinner tonight? Or microwave??

I’d sprinkle some water on the top and oven for half and hour then check and see!

Cover it with foil, 160°, for 30 mins

Thank you. It’s quorn mince but don’t suspect that make a difference would it?

Put more cheese sauce on the top. You can never have too much sauceSmile

Ouchmyheadhurts · 13/09/2019 17:08

I agree, can never have too much cheese! The cheese is pouring down the sides, it was like a volcano of gooey tomato, cheesy sauce. Dreading trying to clean the dish Grin

Cover with clingfilm, pierce and put in the microwave until hot.

Been in there 20 mins and the top isn’t even hot yet! May have to go to microwave..

If putting in microwave be sure to add some water

Ohflippineck · 13/09/2019 20:45

Depends how big it is, but bit of milk, extra cheese, foil, hot oven, 200, for 25 mins and an extra few uncovered to brown the new cheese.

Just noticed the time you posted 😁 hope it was tasty!

Cut into portions and put each portion in the microwave.

Zap in the microwave eveytime. Pasta and mince microwave very well it won’t negatively affect the taste or texture - maybe a splash of water just to stop the pasta drying out. I think it actually tastes better the second day after reheating.

Ouchmyheadhurts · 13/09/2019 20:52

I put it in the microwave in the end. It was amazing/ better than last nights Grin
