Any cures for dust mite allergy? Feels horrible (sore throat, itchy hairs and puffy face) :( tried avoidance but it's very challenging for dust mites. I have carpets (can't get floorboards at the current place) but the main issue is I CANNOT keep clothes in the cupboard without them getting dusty in a few days so I always have to have them all piled up on a chair which is not ideal. Even the ones left on an open clothes rail get dusty if left without moving them for over a week.

Tried those over the clothes hanger plastic sheeting/bags but they're fiddly and definitely not enough for most of my clothes. Tried putting clothes in storage boxes but not ideal if I wanna look through and pick different clothes each day.

Any time I pick up an item of clothing from inside my wardrobe, I'm sneezing, have a puffy face and a sore throat within minutes.

How can I get rid of this awful condition :(
