Just that really - I currently store approx 4000 photos on Amazon Photos app which you get as part of Amazon Prime. I want to cancel Amazon Prime though so need to find a new way of storing photos! What does everyone do with theirs? TIA

Mix between external hard drives and some on Google drive.

BendydickCuminsnatch · 12/09/2019 21:01

Just in the cloud, and me and DH share an account so all the photos I take in the day turn up on his phone throughout the day and he can peruse them on his commute home 😄 I have 47,000 photos on my camera roll haha.
I also print a load using FreePrints and put them into albums ❤️

47,000 ShockGrin! That's insane! I really should take more photos! I've heard about free prints so I will have a look into that too.
Thanks guys! Anyone else?

External drive just put them on the laptop and then on the drive and you can plug it into laptop to choose and print off etc.

cyrilted · 12/09/2019 23:13

Thanks ilovebagpuss but I don't have a laptop, just an iPhone and iPad. Sorry, should have said. Thank you anyway!

47,000 shockgrin! That's insane!

That does span a decade, a wedding and 2 kids to be fair 😄 thank God for the search function!

SmiledWithTheRisingSun · 13/09/2019 07:00

Ooo didn't know that about prime!
How many can I store???

SmiledWithTheRisingSun · 13/09/2019 07:01

What cloud are your photos on bendydick?

cyrilted · 13/09/2019 09:01

Photos is unlimited storage and videos is a 5gb storage limit. It's a good app but I don't watch amazon prime tv or make use of the free delivery so doesn't make sense for me to pay £7.99 a month for just photo storage

I use Dropbox, it automatically uploads from my phone and iPad which is useful

Sparklyring · 13/09/2019 09:17

I use Google photos, a hard drive and I print out a yearly photobook

BendydickCuminsnatch · 13/09/2019 09:36

@SmiledWithTheRisingSun it’s the apple photo cloud

cyrilted · 13/09/2019 10:58
