They are so dry, sore but not cracked. What can you recommend?

Aveeno moisturising cream - it is brilliant. I had a stubborn spot of itchy, flaky skin on my hand, and this is the only thing that has cleared it up. There is one for eczema prone skin, and one for sensitive skin - I used the sensitive one.

O’keefes working hands
It’s amazing.

Thank you, how long before you felt relief?

Another vote for o’keefes working hands. I get terrible dry skin and it’s the only thing that works. Get it from a local diy or hardware store (I get mine from screwfix) if you can as it’s much cheaper!
