Is it possible to hide your profile on Facebook?

So it doesn't show up when someone searches for it? I don't have an account myself so I've no idea. One minute a guy I'm dating has an account I can see & next minute it's disappeared Confused

Yes you can. You can change the privacy settings.
So he can still have his account but no randoms can see it.
