Amazing campsite in Wales needed!

Had a campervan trip all round Wales planned for the summer but had to cancel as DH was really unwell. We rearranged the campervan booking for October half term. DH is doing a lot better but still not up to the action packed week we had planned, so I'm trying to find one or two fab campsites to stay at longer.

Wish list:

DC are 12 and 10 so something for them to do would be amazing.
DH loves a view.
Village/town or good pub in walking distance would be fab as don't want to take the van everywhere.
Nice showers.

Help me MN!

When we had a touring van we stayed here:

Nice place, near to a couple of pubs and a walk down to the pebbled beach. North Wales can be a bit 'lively' in parts but it was really nice here.

Newgale campsite. Open until end of October. Beautiful view and there is a surf school

Highly recommend fforest fields in Builth Wells. Beautiful views, lovely pub, boating lake with option to paddle board or kayak even to swim in. Pizza on Friday night, we’ve been a few times now and it’s gorgeous.

Nicholaston Farm in Gower, or Beeches Farm near Chepstow. Both clean, friendly, well-run sites.

Coed Helen in Caernarfon?

Dunes at Whitesands, near St David’s, has the nicest showers I’ve ever used on a campsite. You could walk or cycle into St David’s easily and amazing views from the site. We had a lovely summer holiday there.

Fforest Fields is fab, def has views and excellent showers. My 13 yo is very happy there cycling around, kayaking (you can borrow them for free) and swimming. There is a pub in a longish walking distance, but Builth Wells is a short drive

If they have space Bert's Kitchen Garden is lovely. An eco campsite and only has one camper space, rest are all tents. Walk to beach is about 5 mins. Has communal BBQs, a big barn that you can use to eat, hang out etc.
