Asking for my sister as she isn't on MN.
DS is on a committee at a private members club, recently the bar manager has taken them to court re dismissal. The case indicates that he is sueing the committee members
as the club in there constition states it cannot be sued.
DS is asking in the case that he wins will she have to pay as the chairman is saying that the club will not pay. If she does end up having to pay why would anyone join a committee.
Ps she cannot afford to pay as she has retired and is on limited income.
