Is there any way of finding out exactly when a company changed its T&Cs and when they published this change on their website?
I am involved in a dispute with Flybe over an excess baggage charge. At check in the woman at the counter refused to look at the T&Cs on the Flybe website. When I put in the complaint Flybe responded off the point for a few weeks, then changed their T&Cs. I am now going through the aviation complaints service. I forwarded them a screenshot of the T&Cs as they were at the time of booking/traveling/complaining but now Flybe is saying they had changed their T&Cs well before those dates and saying there is I have no proof of when I took the photo of their site.
I have a thread on here discussing the issue.

A number of posters at the time visited the Flybe T&C site and commented on date/time stamped responses that I was right about the T&Cs. Does that constitute proof?
Is there any way I can get official evidence of when the change in the T&Cs happened and when it was put online?
