Probationary Meeting

Sorry about the namechange, tis necessary.
My son is employed as an intern and has been told that he will have a probationary hearing on Friday. He's very scared that he's about to get the sack. He has HFA. Can anyone explain what will happen on Friday.

Do they know he has HFA?

Has he had any feedback so far? What makes him think he is about to get the sack?

Yes, at the interview. Uni has also been in touch with work incase they need to discuss anything with them

There has been struggles on both sides but they seem to have come to understanding about his needs and he has become more flexible on things ( struggles with this but he can adapt over time )

Difficult to predict really but they could terminate his employment, they could extend his probation or they could pass it. Most times it's not a surprise, whatever happens.
