Raised white spots

I posted before but didn’t really get a response, hoping someone can give some insight into what these spots may be? They’re raised and up his arms and side of his hands, he’s had them for about 2 weeks. They’re not itchy.
I took him to the dr and she said as they’re not itchy it’s nothing to worry about. I’d still like to know what could be causing it though!

Forgot to say they’re on my 3 year old lol

Hello, I have been tryin to look into it cause I have the same thing on my arm and I don't know where it came from. I at first thought it was some sort of allergic reaction but didn't find anything about raised white spots. I am still trying to figure out what it is as it didn't show up til today
