DD in casts (both wrists)

So DD 10 broke her wrists yesterday afternoon both are in casts. What can we do for entertainment? We was planning on making Halloween cookies tomorrow but that's out the window. Bless her.

oh bless her, i hope the pain will start to ease soon, if it hasn't already. can she still move her fingers? if so, you could bake the cookies and let her drop on the sprinkles. you could try learning a new language together through games, or she could try reading with an e-reader

Not to painful she says as long as we keep on top on painkillers. It's her brothers bday on monday (hes 2) and was planning a trip to the big soft play so that has to change too.

have you got an aquarium/zoo/wildlife park near you? they wouldnt require too much hands on interaction

Nope live in north end of scotland. Making a special trip down to city but all they have is soft play.
