I'm a knob. I've ended up coming home from work ill with nausea, dizziness, brain zaps only to discover I forgot to take my venlafaxine (antidepressant) two nights in a row. I'm usually brilliant at remembering but forgot to get a new pack out after finishing the old one and so it wasn't in sight to remind me. Feel like a right idiot. Thought I was dying. 🙄. This medication is notorious for its withdrawal symptoms and now I know why.
Anyone else done anything stupid recently?
