Easy work lunches under 400 calories?

Need to seriously think about what and how much I am eating.

I've quickly pulled together a "healthy" lunch from what's in, but need to get better prepared. We have a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge at work.

Today's is two slices of 50/50 bread to toast, 100gbaked beans, an apple and a satsuma.

I'm absolutely rubbish at planning lunches as I tend to plan and cook all evening meals so my own lunches just become last minute grabs places.

Also need to stop the morning cappuccinos Sad

Soup - can make a big batch whenever suits
Frittata with loads of veg
Greek salad
Hummus and pita - use snack sized pots.

Most helpful thing I did was buy three lunchboxes which are only for my lunch; I pack up three days of lunch on Sunday and every morning I just have to grab one out of the fridge.
