Where can I buy large shoes?

I need to buy a pair of black loafer type shoes for the office, size 10.5.

I am based in London, but can travel. Where can I buy these shoes where it isn't:

• Online only
• ballet shoes
• large heals
• made from swede/canvas/velvet/plastic
• necessary to remortgage the house in order to afford them
• from Magnus/Crispin's/LongTallSally as they have nothing suitable on their website

Evans - I’m sure there are a few stores in London. There used to be one in Clapham Common but have a feeling it’s been closed down.

Unfortunately non of the suggestions of places above go up to 10.5. They all stop at either 9 or 10.

No half sizes but I find they come up small so maybe an 11 would fit?
