I have just recieved a msg from a parent at my daughters school saying my daughter has been saying nasty things about her daughter, she said it happened all last year and has now started up again already! I am in shock i actually feel sick at the thought of my daughter bullying someone and don't know what i should do! Advice please!

I wouldnt tell her about the complaint directly, cuz if she's actually a bully, she'll get defensive and things wont likely get better. You need to figure out by talking to her whats happening with her friends, how she feels towards them, how she treats them. Then take it from there, she needs to learn what it feels like to hurt someone, and the impact of nasty words on ppl, and if u have your own experience of being bullied, it might bring it home closer to her.

There has to be a reason why she's doing that, and you need to get to the bottom of it.

Tell your DD to watch Little Mix Jesy Odd one out on Thursday night, its about bullying and how it affected her, then show her the message from the parents of the girl she has been bullying.
