Just read some blurb on this house.
I know the estate agent was trying to be funny but if you are selling a family home you dont tell people to leave their children behind because the house is too scary they won't like it.
Think they have shot themselves in the foot with that advice.
Did notice it went up for auction in August and so must have failed to sell.
I think they need new estate agents who want to sell the house and not ones who want to create news
