Kids Activity/club finances - is there something I can use to show ins and outs each month?

So Im responsible for collecting in money for DS sport activity. I will also spend on items. I want to show parents each month what has been collected in and where some of the money has been spent.

Is there anything I can use to show in a chart form for instance?

A spreadsheet?

Yes I can do that but wanted to show something visually

Excel will calculate things like this. And make charts etc

Or are you looking for an app pretty much all of them will be based on

New Excel will auto produce waterfall charts, which I think would work?
