Link in bio... what does it mean and how do I find it?

I'm following a few people on Instagram, ones posted a picture of something she's bakes then said that the recipe is a link in bio.

A- what the hell is a bio
B- how do I find this so called link in bio?

Look for the page that is essentially about herself, her history. Bio is short for biography. Somewhere on the page will be the link you're looking for.

At the top of their main page (i.e. their "grid") there will be a photo of them, their username and a few lines of text. That text is the bio(graphy).

Bio in pic, its just the text part of their page.
