So me and my 2year old sons heads have been itchy lately but I put it down to a change of shampoo. Anyhoo I've found headline in my hair ewwww.
I've gone through my hair with a flea comb.

What's the best way to get rid of this fast!

I'm so embarrassed

Get a bottle of tea tree conditioner and put half the entire bottle on your dry hair. Leave it on for an hour at least (overnight, wrapped in a towel is ideal) then comb out with a fine nit comb. From then on, use tea tree conditioner. Nits hate it. That trick kept my DC nit free after a single infestation. It was the local chemist who suggested it. She said people who did this never came back bit people who used the treatment shampoo always did.
