I was waiting to cross a road yesterday, side road off main A road. White van driver was stationary but not parked about 50' from the main road, so I crossed the road and he put his foot down and I had to run out of the way. I went over to his window, as he could not turn into main road anyway, and said 'what was that all about' and he replied 'I didn't see you'. No apology or anything. He was going faster than the speed you would go from that distance, to approach a busy road. I'm lucky I didn't get run over. Very shook up by it at the time, and not sure if I should have reported him to the police.
