I'm craving chicken soup, I'd like to try and make the sort with a clear broth, with chicken and veggies. I remember my Nan used to poach a whole chicken but I don't have any pans big enough for that. If I buy a chicken to roast, I'll be able to make some meals for my toddler, too. But can I make that sort of soup using a roast chicken? Where does the broth come from? Any recipes GREATLY appreciated for this pregnant beasts pregnancy cravings.
