Can anyone advise me how to take a complaint further. I’ve contacted them on their community page and was told I’ll be sent an email confirming my bill has been sent in error.
Phoned them and was told I would get a letter showing a nil balance. Got the same bill today.
Tweeted them and the guy just disappeared after taking my details.
Back on the community page and they just could not understand what the issue was (English not their first language). Got a complaint reference number.
I am at my wits end with this I really can’t handle the stress just now. Does anyone know how I can get this resolved quickly PLEASE.
