HELP Scottish Power

Can anyone advise me how to take a complaint further. I’ve contacted them on their community page and was told I’ll be sent an email confirming my bill has been sent in error.

Phoned them and was told I would get a letter showing a nil balance. Got the same bill today.

Tweeted them and the guy just disappeared after taking my details.

Back on the community page and they just could not understand what the issue was (English not their first language). Got a complaint reference number.

I am at my wits end with this I really can’t handle the stress just now. Does anyone know how I can get this resolved quickly PLEASE.

Has a past customer of Scottish Power, I would recommend just moving away as quickly as you can. I spent a ridiculous amount of time over a 9 months trying to get a correct bill of them. In the end, I accepted it was not going to happen and moved on, worse off by £150. By far, the worse company I have ever dealt. Got nowhere with complaining. I now only deal with small providers, ie oxo, bulb. Sorry no words of advice but absolute sympathy. 💐

@Els 1e. Thanks for the flowers, I am so stressed with all this I have enough important things to worry about! It’s all so time consuming and I get so angry.

Not sure if she’ll thank me for sharing her details, but I had a complaint which was escalated to their customer services director this time last year? I’ll pm you her details, hopefully she can help
