Green pesto stains

So i was making dinner tonight and had eleventy billion things to do at once. Had the kids school jumpers/trousers in a wash and shirts lying on the floor in front of the machine.

Stupid cunting me goes to put something in the sink while cleverly holding a jar of green pesto. It pours over all four polo shirts.

Can i unfuck them?

Have absolutely no suggestions but having thrown a load of pesto at myself whilst wearing a white tshirt this evening (as you do...!!), I'm place marking in earnest!!

Elbow grease. It's less than £1 and you can buy it in B&M and places like that.

I've got pesto stains out of clothes with this before BUT I got it on straight away.

Worth a try though because it's cheap as chips.

I find a good scrub with washing up liquid is the best first step, soak anything that's still stained in a bucket with a tonne of vanish.

Argh just wrote a big reply and the bloody bar popped up so lost it.

Thanks guys, unfortunately I chucked them straight in a 60 deg wash then into vanish which didn't help. Have had them out in the sun all day and still awful. Will try our local sainsbury and tesco for it.

I have some in my cupboard for emergency stains

My house is a mess but my cleaning cupboard is dedicated to everything short of a nuclear war I dont think I have anything that will get radiation out..😁

You may have to give up and dye them green!
