Hi

following a rather shock redundancy I'm applying for a job as a trainer in the NHS on the Maxims EPR system.

I don't know much about it , though I'm reading up on line and I would be trained in its use if I get the job.

Any one use it , it would be so useful to hear from those who have to use it , is it pants ? does it work ?

what would you like to see in a training package ?

Its a job id REALLY like, so I want to "impress" the selection panel ;-)

thanks

I use Maxims every day- I hate it. There’s a lot of repetition & ordering the most simple tests like bloods and Ecgs is torturous. The training is fairly crap as well. You have to learn all sorts of stuff not relevant to your role. I’m sure it could be made easier. Can you tell I’m not a fan? Grin.

Thanks for the reply.

Sounds like a few systems I've worked on !

If youve a moment , Any ideas on how the training could be better ????
