I know we all love a cheeky fucker thread so here goes, I just can’t decide.
So, I have epilepsy which is a protected characteristic under the Equality Act. I’ve had three hospital admissions this year due to status (eg continuous seizures which could only be stopped by intravenous drugs). Work have basically said that i’m Not pulling my weight 🤦♀️
Now the CF bit is this. We are understaffed by about 6 staff members. It means that each person is meant to do about 1.5 of a job. Yes, they’ve taken work off me but I’m still doing 1 full day. It just means that the 50% extra that I’m not paid for or contracted to do is now being done by the others in my team. Yes of course I feel bad about that but I feel i’m Getting the blame when really they should cough up for more staff!!
For clarity, i’m Doing what i’m Being paid to do but am getting into trouble for not doing unpaid extra 🤦♀️😬
