Parent Run School Bus Club

I'm looking at setting up a bus club for my DCs secondary school as many students in our village no longer have access to the council run school bus (no space left for paying students).

I was just wondering how others have set them up and run them, along with how much they charge. Thanks

I hve experience with contacting suffolk council but they were not very helpful and I met a dead end :(

There's a new one near us run by a company called Zeelo, but the routes were worked out by parents. Maybe contact them?

I don't know how well it'll work - early days.
