I've had MS since 2007 so I'm no stranger to MRI scans.
Earlier this year I started getting bad headaches along with nausea pretty much constantly, went to the GP who sent me for a scan as a precaution. Had the scan last Wednesday and a letter came yesterday saying the doctor wanted to see me about the results. I called today and am booked in for tomorrow.
The reason I'm a bit worried now is that seems a bit quick, both for MRI results AND for my doctors surgery! I don't think the headaches are to do with the MS, I'm on Sertraline and was thinking it may be a side effect of that.
So all I can think is, I got a lucky appointment and they're just efficient (unlikely), I'm about to get diagnosed with MS again
- more likely as my MS team is under a different trust and doctors aren't always great at reading previous notes even though I tell them every time I go, or I've got a brain tumour!
Should I be worried?
