Is Boris just laughing at us all?

I wonder if Boris has a secret master plan and he's sat at home right now with a brandy and a cigar watching us all and just laughing? Like JRM lounging around in the Commons yesterday, they clearly all think they know something we don't, they think it's going to end well for them and badly for us and they don't care. Boris is too smart and well-advised for it to get this bad for him this quickly.
I am actually past caring what the plan is, but I really care that they are laughing at us. I am so pissed off.
Pointless rant over, thank you.

I think Boris is enjoying all the conflict - but I do think he genuinely wants to leave EU and is trying to make it happen. I wish his MPs would get behind him and top hindering a difficult situation - Europe are laughing at us and want Boris to fail.

I think maybe ex Bullingdon Club members get extra custard with their spotted dick for contributing to the downfall of the UK

TheBigBallOfOil · 04/09/2019 19:50

He doesn’t look like a man who’s enjoying himself to me, I must say.
He looks like a man who his slowly realising he’s massively overplayed his hand and who should have listened to his own political instincts rather than some psychopathic adviser.

YANBU. The dog? He/his PR team really thought they could overthrow British Parliamentary democracy and distract us with a puppy? It’s beyond satire.

MockersthefeMANist · 04/09/2019 19:56

...And now we have BJ "I don't want an election" demanding an election he doesn't want and knows he won't get.

The Cunning Plan lurches forward

I really hope you're right. But I feel like a pawn in a game played by a bunch of rich knobheads for their own benefit and entertainment.

He's not sat at home he's in Westminster right now

I also think his party should get behind their leader , their party members chose him

Im sitting here watching BBC News thinking what the hell is happening! And who i will vote for, i dislike them both! I have voted Liberal and Conservative in the past but i truly dont know what to do!

I voted remain and i think i would vote that again. My opinion is its not good to be isolationist.

However i do think we should just bloody leave and get on with it. I dont think a No deal is a good idea.

Someone help!

AlternativePerspective · 04/09/2019 20:06

Thing is that both labour and Lib Dem’s have now said they will stand against a general election. Despite having called for one all along.

The whole thing is a fiasco.
