Quick question- exercise after colposcopy biopsy?

I was biopsied at the colposcopy clinic today (vaginal wall biopsy). I forgot to ask if it was ok got me to go to my running class tonight. The phone is going to voicemail so I can't ask them. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't - give your body a little rest.

I did and it was fine. I put a towel on just in case.

On balance I decided to go. It was ok - feeling a bit crampy but I couldve been like that anyway. At least I get to be smug about exercising!!
