Unable to open amazon prime, anyone know what this error message means?

I’ve been getting this on and off for days. WiFi is fine. The smart tv is fine, Netflix works. Normally turning the tv on and off a load of times will eventually work. But being trying for ten mins now, I can open amazon on the iPad but not on the tv.

Amazon website no help at all, inc the link on the photo.

Thanks, I hadn’t found that. Looks like the software on the tv needs updating. I did wonder if it was that but couldn’t see how to update it....will have another go. Least I know what to concentrate on now!
