I have handed in my notice into my boss. I was fully aware I would have to pay back 5 days of my holiday as I have not accrued the full 21 days. However, I am being told that I will have to pay back the 5 days of bank holiday that I have had to take off. Does anyone know if this is correct, can they do that since I had no choice but to take it off? Reading through my contract it doesn't state anything about this just repayment of holiday that hasn't been accrued. ah!
