Please help me save my dishwasher!

We have a Beko dishwasher which is not draining. It completes a full wash cycle & everything comes out clean, but the bottom of the machine is full of water. It makes a buzzing kind of noise, not the usual whirring noise it makes when washing properly!

So far I have: topped up salt & rinse aid, run an empty hot wash to clean it out, cleaned out the filters & arms, put bicarb & vinegar in it to clean it & put very strong drain cleaner down our drains. So I don't think it is a blockage.

I have enquired at our local spares shop & they inform me that a drain pump is £23 & a recirculation pump is £90. I'm thinking it sounds more like drain pump? DH can fit it over the weekend.

Does this sound right or does anybody have any other ideas please? Thanks!

Will buy a new machine if we have to, but would rather repair, for cost & environmental reasons. This machine is approx 5 years old.

My Bosch one did this, I searched YouTube with the model number to find that the pump was jammed & how to release it.

Thanks Nat, hadn't thought of doing that! Will try it.
