Dd2 would like a Queen of Mean (Descendants 3) costume...come help me work out how to do it on the cheap!?

Dd2 loves Disney's Descendants & spends forever acting out the songs Grin. She's decided she'd like an Evil Audrey costume for Halloween but I haven't got the time or cash for fancy sewing projects at the mo so need a hand to work out how to do it, please! (I'll attach some pics).

For the crown I have a couple of wedding tiaras a boss gave me that I can work with, and probably some big gems lurking somewhere. & the sceptre I made for her Maleficent costume, and actually the belt too, are still upstairs safely. A pair of pink Primarni leggings will do for the bottom half & I'm reasonably sure I have some lace that I can sharpie black as the overlaid bit.

But what about the top bit? And the black skirt over the trousers? I can't work out if that's maybe attached to the top, sort of like one long jackety thing maybe? & how to do it?

Any ideas would be brilliant, I'd like to get it done before the weeks are crammed full of stuff to do again. Tia :)

(Yes, I know it's not Halloween-ey, before anyone tells me that but it's what she wants so I'll try and make it happen :) )

There's a simplified version here which might help you to construct your costume. Good luck!

looks more to me that the 'skirt' is attached to the 'corset' in the middle. any oversized stretchy belts you could get hold of to make the belt and attach a 'skirt' too? the rest looks like it might be a full body suit with long sleeves. I figure maybe a long sleeve tee in a matching colour (or as close as possible) to the leggings would work though with added decoration/overlay.

Thank you both!

@OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack yes, long sleeved top's probably the easiest way to go. Then overlay it somehow with the skirt bit/cape bit. Primark sometimes have oversized belts if I can't find one in my stash - I bought one that would have been perfect for this, when I made the Maleficent costume, but painted it from pink to purple. I think I did it with acrylic so would be hard to remove but I might have a bash at it. Or maybe I could just paint over with pink! I'll have to test an inconspicuous spot.

I've asked my friend to keep an eye out for anything lacey that I could use while she's helping another friend to clear her cellar. I do have a prom dress with acres of black netting underneath, if I don't come across anything but that's last resort.
