Babysitting - fair hourly rate?

No idea what the going rate for this is:

18 year old looking after a 5 year old in their home after school for a couple of hours per day. We are in London.

Any pointers? thanks

We pay a friend’s 17/18 year old daughter £6.50 an hour. A back up babysitter is £8 an hour, she is a primary teacher so a lot more qualified! We are in the SE but not a particularly affluent part

I babysit a lot of the children from work (nursery). I charge £9 per hour, I'm fully qualified (level 6) and well over 18 though! I'd have thought £6.50 for an unqualified 18 year old is very fair.

Thank you both. £6.50 it is then!
