She’s 10 and she’s starting to get pimples on her nose and forehead. She’s finding it a bit upsetting, her hormones are all over the place at the moment as well as she’s having a bit of a growth spurt.

We’ve been putting sudacreme on the bigger ones. Is there something else we could use that’s quite mild?

Creams with salicylic acid in them. Perhaps not under your definition of mild, but these work. I still use them as an adult.

Yes to salicylic acid.

Clean & Clear do good basic face wash, toner, and moisturiser with it in. Then put the Sudo on the spots after.

Hugs to your daughter. Puberty is crap 💩!
